I had a membership with Land Shark for about a year, and overall, the experience was just okay. I typically visited at least once a week, and during those visits, I occasionally ran into issues with some of the vacuums not working, which was frustrating. That said, the staff generally seemed attentive, and while there were a few instances where towels weren’t stocked, it wasn’t a frequent problem. I ultimately decided to end my membership due to how poorly the transition to new ownership was handled. The owner of Land Shark sold the business to Dirty Dogs, and the changeover was confusing and inconvenient. Members were not notified of the change in advance—I only found out when I pulled up to the car wash. Even now, there has been no formal communication or clear indication of the management change, aside from employees wearing different uniforms. To make matters worse, I was charged my Land Shark membership fee just four days before the sale. When I arrived shortly after, I was informed by a Dirty Dogs employee that I would need to purchase a new membership under their system, which costs $30. To her credit, she understood my frustration and allowed me to continue for that month

Terrible experience. Their car wash damaged my car, and I had to pay $500 out of my own pocket to get it fixed. To top it off, they have a sign posted saying they're not responsible for any damage to your vehicle — so they won't even acknowledge what they caused. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. To make matters worse, when I cancelled my membership, they continued charging me — claiming I only cancelled one car and not the second car under the same membership. That makes no sense. When you cancel a membership, it should cancel everything under it, not just one vehicle. The fact that they use this as an excuse to keep billing you feels like a complete scam. Save your money and go somewhere else.

An outstanding car wash experience. From the friendly and helpful attendants to the complimentary vacuuming and floor mat cleaning. They even have…You guessed it! A Dog Wash. Their waiting room (if you ever need it) is clean, comfortable and they even have complimentary espresso. I cannot say enough great things about LandShark Car Wash. I have been a member (which means unlimited car washes, etc) since the first week they opened. Highly recommend it.

The location gets a 2 out of 5 stars. If you’re not already traveling eastbound on Barrett Parkway this car wash is tricky to get into. I know they could do a lot more business if it were easier to access. As for the wash itself I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. It left some things to be desired. I ran it through the top wash option and there were still bugs on the front grill, dirt spots on the back under the lip where the license plate is and the windows weren’t as clean as they are when I run it through some of the “other guys” washes. Even with this it is still a good option for your car if you’re in a hurry or between details. They have well stocked supplies, spray, microfiber cloths, vacuums that work well and compressed air to get to all the cracks and crevices. 6 out of 5 stars for the service: The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I like the dog wash option. I have not tried it with our furry family member yet but I will be by to give it a shot. Overall, this is a decent option if you’re looking to get a good wash. It’s a good value for the price.

Used to come here when it was still Copper Cove and am happy to see the service is even better with all the upgrades. The new equipment is surprisingly gentle, effective, and left no swirls! Dryers do a much better job of drying, and the vacuums have strong suction. Prices are good, especially compared to other car washes I tried in this area. Also -- I know lights don't do anything to help clean my car, but I was very happy to see they added some to the tunnel. :)
